Language How For Changing Product To: Codes N95 Packs Nokia 8GB Update
If you are a new Nokia N95 8GB owner, this might be helpful if you want a different language pack in your new phone. Download and install: Nemesis Service Suite and the latest Nokia Software Update. Connect your phone and wait for Windows to install the drivers. Open Nemesis Service Suite and click “Scan for new device” on the right-upper part of the window Click on the icon “Phone info” Click on “Scan” Change the product code to the one you want from the list below. Mark the case “Enable”. Press “Write”, and your phone’s product code will be changed (you might think that nothing happened, because the phone is still in normal mode, and the changing of the product code only takes a couple of seconds, but don’t worry, the product code changed !). Close Nemesis Service Suite and run the Nokia Software Update. Make sure not to touch the cable or the phone while your phone is updating or else you will break it! That’s it! Updating your Nokia N95 8GB to the latest firmware, and/or changing the language pack is similar to the guide I wrote earlier on changing the product codes in the Nokia N95-1. Update your Nokia N95 8GB to a firmware with your preferred language pack by changing the product code on your phone. When you restart your phone, it should now be upgraded! Shipments Surpass Shipments Phone Mobile 2008 TV Multimedia in
According to the MultiMedia Intelligence report, over 300 million units of multimedia feature rich mobile phones will be shipped during 2008 — which means outnumbering global shipments of TV sets. “Multimedia phones have at least 1 megapixal image capture, MP3 audio, video Playback, Java, USB, Bluetooth, 16-bit screen color, QVGA resolution, WAP and MMS.  Revenue from these handsets will be over US$76 billion.” If we are playing with numbers, and thinking what is the amount of Flash Lite enabled out of those 300 million devices, given that Nokia’s market share is about 40% now (in smartphones even higher) and probably all high-end Nokia devices have Flash Lite pre-installed, that would indicate at least 120 million Flash Lite enabled devices to the market during 2008. Given that there are already well over 300 million devices with Flash Lite capability, and for example Sony Ericsson is shipping products with pre-installed Flash Lite, during next year we might see amount of Flash Lite devices breaking the barrier of 500 million shipped devices. Music Shake Player Control N95 The Video: With Nokia a
The Nokia N95’s accelerometer is put to test by another developer using the built-in music player in the Nokia N95. Zach from Symbian in Motion commented in a previous related post some great ideas: With an accelerometer that supports 28 values you could easily control all kind of functions with gestures - a simple flip of the wrist in one direction or the other to cycle images in the gallery forward or back, turn the phone face down to pause video playback in a media player, a gentle shake of the device for one second to mute an incoming call, etc etc… A little warning though: shaking your phone can be dangerous… I was playing with MovingBall in my car and tried bouncing the ball. Cool? phew! The software is not currently available for download, so we’ll keep an eye out if this makes it out to the public. —Related Articles at the Nokia blog:Nokia 5700How To: Update Original Nokia N73 Firmware to Music EditionNokia N72Sighting: Nokia 5300 in Danity Kane’s Ride For You VideoReview: Nokia N81 8GB Part IPirates Video Preview the Nokia N95 I received a video response to my accelerometer video on YouTube showing someone controlling music by shaking the Nokia N95. I didn’t realize how close I was to my stick shift and slammed my Nokia N95 right on it. Honestly, I think forwarding to the next song with a shake of my wrist is pretty cool; a very nice feature to show off in a commercial or to a bunch friends. Useful? Definitely! The developer claims to have created the code in just 30 minutes, so I’m assuming the software is far from perfect. Maybe. Fortunately, nothing was broken or cracked. A lot of other things can be done with the Nokia N95’s accelerometer.

Video Watching Mobile for Hands-Free Video Hat Video:
I’ve seen it before at the Nseries sponsored Crown Point Festival here in New York City and was really curious about it. I received a surprising accessory today in the mail for review: the Mobile Video Hat. I thought this was a real product for viewing videos totally hands-free but I think it is a viral marketing the Nokia Nseries for watching videos. Nokia might think it’s a joke, but it could actually be useful in creating cool videos. I’ll be using this to create videos. —Related Articles at the Nokia blog:Nokia N95 Preview at the Orange Partner CampReview: Using Youtube Mobile on the Nokia N95Highly Possible Nokia N82 Nseries Launch in a Few HoursPirates Preview of Nokia N95 is BackVideo: Can The Nokia N95 Stand on its Own?Preview: Nokia N81 Initial Thoughts I made a video of how it can be used!
